Local Pickups

Local pickups are available in Mississauga and Brampton!

 

BRAMPTON

Our Brampton Pickup Location now serves customers at the “Hasty Market”, located at 537 Van Kirk Drive, Brampton. Orders placed between Friday-Monday will be available on Wednesday @7pm or later. If you placed an order between Tuesday-Thursday, your order will be ready Saturday @7pm or later. If your order is ready sooner, we will contact you to inform you of its early availability. You can always pickup your order at any time within the store hours if you can’t make it the day its delivered, however keep in mind that if you’ve ordered a gel, it’s best to collect your order at your earliest convenience as gels have a best before date of 3 weeks from the day they are made.

As always, gels are prepared fresh the day of delivery so you can always pickup your gel when its fresh if your schedule permits, or at a later date if you can’t make it when it's first available.

When you arrive, simply inform the cashier that you are there for your Serenity Seamoss Order pickup and provide your ID and order#. If you’re picking up for a friend or family, then kindly provide the email confirmation and they will be able to provide your order (have the original purchaser forward the email confirmation to the individual picking up the order). In the event that there is a discrepancy, please contact us directly and we will make sure you receive your order in a timely manner to your satisfaction.

MISSISSAUGA

Our Mississauga Pickup Location now serves customers at the “Upside Down Convenience Store”, located at 4060 Confederation Parkway, Mississauga (directly next door to our previous location). Orders placed between Friday-Monday will be available on Wednesday @8pm or later. If you placed an order between Tuesday-Thursday, your order will be ready Saturday @8pm or later. If your order is ready sooner, we will contact you to inform you of its early availability.
